You may request consideration if you are a woman age 18 or older, live in the DFW/North Texas service area, and have eyebrow loss related to a medical condition, illness, or treatment. Hope reviews age, service area, and the program’s brow-loss criteria, then contacts you about next steps. A request does not guarantee eligibility or an appointment.
